Mixed Doubles 2011
The winners of the Mills & Reeve Trophy played during the weekend of 12/13 March were Hazel Dunn & Richard Dunn who narrowly defeated Julia Scott & Jeremy Richardson by one game! The final match was a nail-biter with the result being decided by the number of games Julia & JR took off Peter Milner and his daughter, Louise, who was playing in her very first Club match.
It was a very good, entertaining day all round with six teams playing in a round robin format. There was some excellent tennis to watch and Mark did a stalwart job in sorting out the handicapping as well as marking the matches impeccably.
